Founded in 2023 by Allison Tsao (Humans Who Lead) and Antoinette Trimble (Antelope PTY LTD).

    We bring a wealth of experience in organisational development, leadership coaching, and strategic consultancy within the architecture industry. Allison Tsao has over 15 years of experience as an executive coach and organisational development consultant, while Antoinette Trimble is a seasoned architect with over 20 years of experience in pre-design strategic consultancy and stakeholder engagement.

  • Responsive and Informed Curriculum

    Our courses are designed based on what we hear from architects, so the content is relevant and addresses the current pain points of the industry. This agility allows us to quickly adapt to changes and emerging challenges in the field and respond accordingly. We focus on continual improvement by engaging with leaders in the profession to peer review our courses.

  • A focus on practical skills

    Beyond awareness and knowledge building, our courses provide opportunities for architects to practice and refine their people skills in a safe, low-stakes environment. This enables participants to practice giving and receiving feedback in a small group setting. This interactive, (coach the coacher) approach ensures that participants can effectively apply what they learn in real-world scenarios as well as support their colleagues in their studios.

    We understand that architects are busy and need to access training in a manner that fits their schedules and learning preferences. Our courses are offered via different modes including online, on-demand, live, interactive, and face-to-face.

Antoinette Trimble, Architect and founder of Antelope, a Pre design strategic consultancy. Antoinette is a strategic consultant and architect with over 20 years experience helping clients conceive and develop visions for highly flexible and innovative workplaces and education environments. She is passionate about understanding how architects can more effectively engage with their clients and stakeholders to improve design outcomes. Her organisation, Antelope focuses on the people side of architecture, offering a range of pre-design services to set project aspirations, design and manage stakeholder engagement processes and co-create visions with clients.

Allison Tsao, Founder of Humans Who Lead (Leadership Development Consultancy) Allison has worked as an Organisational Development consultant and executive coach for over 15 years. Her vision is to help leaders thrive in complexity by leading with their full humanity. Allison has extensive experience working with architects on large workplace change projects. Originally from New York City, Allison has worked across 4 continents in both public and private sectors.
