About the course
The learning Lab is a low risk learning environment where we get to practice, make mistakes, learn together, receive feedback. In this interactive virtual session, participants will hone their skills in proactively addressing conflict, starting with building self-awareness, practicing emotional self-regulation, and applying de-escalation strategies. Participants can bring their real scenarios and questions, receive coaching and feedback, and play out having difficult client conversations. They will leave with practical strategies and a plan for going forward. Learning Labs are limited to 8 people per session. NB: We encourage you to complete one of our foundations courses before enrolling in a Learning Lab.
Your Facilitators
Allison Tsao, Organisational Development Practitioner ( Founder of Humans Who Lead) and Antoinette Trimble , Architect (Founder of Antelope) have different but complementary skills and experience. Allison Tsao has a wealth of experience in leading transformational change for leaders and teams. Antoinette Trimble brings a first-hand understanding of the architectural profession and how to work closely with clients and stakeholders to build ownership in new concepts and support change. Together they aim to give architects opportunities to practice, test, fail and grow their people-skills in a safe, low-stakes environment.
